AutoClicker.org is a free mouse click automation software developed and maintained by Web Treta. It is available on Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS platforms. AutoClicker.org is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use subject to the terms outlined in this document.

Web Treta grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use AutoClicker.org on your personal or business devices subject to these terms.

• Is used in connection with any activity that could cause harm to minors
• Facilitates or enables any activity that constitutes a criminal offense in any jurisdiction

Web Treta reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations of this section and take appropriate action including termination of access.

In addition to the conduct requirements above the following specific uses of AutoClicker.org are strictly prohibited:

• Using AutoClicker.org to gain unfair advantages in online competitive games where automation is explicitly prohibited by the game developer
• Using AutoClicker.org to simulate human behavior for the purpose of manipulating advertising systems, pay-per-click systems, or any monetization platform
• Using AutoClicker.org to automate interactions with social media platforms in violation of their terms of service
• Using AutoClicker.org to perform denial of service attacks or any form of automated abuse against websites or online services
• Using AutoClicker.org in conjunction with malware, spyware, adware, or any other malicious software
• Using AutoClicker.org to collect personal data from individuals without their knowledge or consent
• Using AutoClicker.org to access, monitor, or copy any content from any website or service using automated means without prior written permission from the website or service owner

Web Treta shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these terms arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, or extreme weather events
• Acts of government, war, terrorism, or civil unrest
• Internet outages, network failures, or infrastructure disruptions
• Cyberattacks, hacking, or distributed denial of service attacks
• Pandemics or public health emergencies
• Any other event or circumstance beyond Web Treta's reasonable control

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. The remaining provisions of these Terms of Service shall remain in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the invalid provision.

These Terms of Service together with the AutoClicker.org Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Web Treta regarding your use of AutoClicker.org. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings between you and Web Treta relating to AutoClicker.org whether written or oral.

These Terms of Service are written in English. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and any translated version of these terms the English version shall prevail and govern.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Web Treta makes no representation that AutoClicker.org is appropriate or available for use in all locations. Users who access AutoClicker.org from locations outside the coverage of these terms do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
